On the 2nd December, 120 primary 6’s from 4 local schools attended our annual bubblegum and fluff morning.
The children had lots of fun meeting other children from the different schools and our church volunteers.
There was the famous bubblegum and fluff puppet show and the children even got the chance to dress up as roman centurions!
There was lots of singing, arts and crafts and puzzles too.The children closed the session by making prayer wreaths, where they individually wrote a prayer for their Christmas wish this year!
Whilst there was lots of fun the purpose of morning was to share the Christmas story and the real meaning behind Christmas. The feedback from the children and teachers alike has been overwhelmingly positive and we are looking forward to bringing the message to more children this year.
